This notice is addressed to members of the Scheme who are former employees of Xerox Limited.
The Trustee is looking to ensure that their records include all members with an entitlement under the Scheme and therefore notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of Trustee Act 1925 that If you were an employee of Xerox Limited and a member of the Scheme at the time and think you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme, or if you are a widow/ widower, child or dependent of such an employee and have not been contacted by the Trustee, please contact them c/o Xerox FundXtra, Conduent HR Services (Bristol), PO Box 319, Mitcheldean, GL14 9BF, quoting reference S.27 Notice, no later than 31 July 2018.
You should include your name, National Insurance number, date of birth, current address and details of any benefits to which you think you are entitled together with copies of any documents supporting your claim. It is the intention of the Trustee to distribute the assets of the Scheme by insuring benefits for its members and beneficiaries as soon as possible.
If the Trustee are not aware of any entitlement you may have under the Scheme by 31 July 2018 they will not be liable to pay benefits to you.
Please note: this notice does not apply to the Xerox Final Salary Pension Scheme. If you are a member of or believe you have a right to benefits or assets under the Xerox Final Salary Pension Scheme you do not need to respond to this notice.
