Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath MR5 (Part) Marden, Public Path Diversion Order 2017
On 13th April, 2018 Herefordshire Council
("the Council") confirmed the above Order under
section 119 Highways Act 1980 ("the Act").
The effect of the order, as confirmed, is to divert that part of Public Footpath MR5 in the Parish of Marden running from OS Grid Reference SO 5361, 4990 to OS Grid Reference SO 5349, 5004. An alternative footpath will be created as a replacement, being 2 metres in width, running
from OS Grid Reference SO 5361,4990 to OS Grid Reference SO 5349, 5004.
Copies of the confirmed order and plan may be seen free of charge at The Hereford Centre Customer Services, Franklin House, 4 Commercial Road, Hereford, HR1 2BB during normal opening hours. Copies may be purchased on payment of the copying charges of the Council. Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk. The Council confirms and certifies that all the provisions of the order have been satisfied and therefore the diversion takes effect on the above said confirmation date of this order, but, if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act, as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice, make an application
to the High Court.
