Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (B4091 Stourbridge Road, Catshill, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of B4091 Stourbridge Road, Catshill, Bromsgrove, from the B4091 Stourport Road roundabout at junction with B4091 Barnsley Hall Road to its junction with A448 Market Street in order to facilitate carriageway works by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights - 19:00 - 06:00 (within a 4 week period) Commencing: 12 March 2018.

(C2167 Mearse Lane, Belbroughton)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2167 Mearse

Lane, Belbroughton in two phases:-

Phase 1 - from its junction with A491 Stourbridge Road

for a distance of 706 metres in a westerly direction

Phase 2 - from its junction with B4188 Hartle Lane for

adistance of876 metres in asouth easterlydirection.

Order is being made in order to facilitate opening

cutting works by Severn Trent.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises

fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative routes: (a) - C2167 Mearse Lane, B4188

Hartle Lane and A491 Stourbridge Road (left to leave

area). (b) C2167 Mearse Lane, B4188 Hartle Lane, A491

Stourbridge Road (turn right), A491 Stourbridge Road (roundabout), A491 Stourbridge Road, C2167 Mearse Lane and vice versa. (c) C2167 Mearse Lane, A491 Stourbridge Road (U turn at traffic lights at junction

of B4188).

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 12 March 2018.

(Fairfield Road, Bournheath)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of Fairfield Road, Bournheath in two phases:-

(a) Northbound - from its junction with Parish Hill to itsjunction with Dodford Road.



(b) Southbound - from itsjunction with Dodford Road to its junction with C2062 Doctors Hill.



The Order is being made to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess;and toallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route:- C2062 Dordale Road, Brook Road, Bournheath Road, B4091 Stourbridge Road, C2062 Rocky Lane and C2062 Doctors Hill.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 85 days Commencing: 12 March 2018.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on High Street, Belbroughton]

On 1 February 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Belbroughton:

High Street (north west side) from a point 9 metres north east of itsjunction with Forge Lane for a distance of9 metres in a north easterly direction. *NB The Order is proposed to correct an anomaly with the existing Order and will not alter what is currently in situ.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting bydisabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 22 February

2018.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove DistrictCouncil, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
