TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC LEESONS HILL ST PAULS CRAY NOTICE OF INTENTION

PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC LEESONS HILL ST PAULS CRAY NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to replace a sewer cover THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Leesons Hill St Pauls Cray will be closed to through traffic for up to one day on Thursday 18th January 2018 between the hours of 09.30 - 14.00. The point of the closure will be in between both junctions of Highfield Road close to property 235 Leesons Hill. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-St Pauls Wood Hill Mickleham Road Chipperfield Road

2. THE Order will come into effect on Thursday 18th January 2018 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

6. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the actual works will take one day on Thursday 18th January 2018 between the hours of 09.30 -14.00 to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

7. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC WICKHAM ROAD BECKENHAM NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to make repairs to a water leak THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:- Wickham Road Beckenham will be closed to southbound traffic for up to one night on Wednesday"! 0,h January 2018 between the hours of 21.00pm on Wednesday 10'" January 2018 until 05.00am on Thursday 11th January 2018. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Hayes Lane/Stone Park Avenue also known as the Chinese Garage roundabout. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Bromley Road A222, Scotts Lane, Hayes Lane

2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Wednesday 10th January 2018 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to one night between the hours of 21.00pm on Wednesday 10th January 2018 and 05.00am on Thursday 11th January 2017 to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.

6. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the work.

7. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED -SECTION 14 (1) (c) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC NOTICE OF INTENTION CARPARK ADJACENT TO 65 CRAMPTON ROAD PENGE

1. THE Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Network Rail to make essential major maintenance works to the railway line which runs alongside Crampton Road Penge THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

(1) WAITING VEHICLES

No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to wait in the Car Park area adjacent to Crampton Road Penge. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986, or by the Council in accordance with the powers conferred upon it.

(2) PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

No person shall, until the works are completed, cause or permit any vehicle to proceed into the Car Park area adjacent to 65 Crampton Road Penge.

2. THE prohibitions referred to in Paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 22nd January 2018 with no specified finish date.

4. THE Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, although the actual works are expected to take 24 weeks to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

5. PEDESTRIAN access will be maintained at all times and access will be available to the rear of 1-19 Bredhurst Close Penge. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

6. NOTHING in the Order shall apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

7. NOTHING in the Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or Traffic Warden.

2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Tuesday 9th January 2018 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.

The point of the closure will be In between the junctions of Devonshire Road and Keswick Road. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Devonshire Road Wiltshire Road Chislehurst Road Broomhill Road

2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
