Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpaths LO4 And LO5 (Parts) Llanrothal, Public Path Diversion Order 2017 The above order made on 16th November, 2017 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpaths LO4 & LO5 (Parts) in the Parish of Llanrothal as follows: LO4 - The existing route of footpath LO4 running from OS Grid Reference SO 4719, 1837 to OS Grid Reference SO 4707, 1877 at County Road U71218. LO5 - The existing route of footpath LO5 running from OS Grid Reference SO 4670, 1919 to OS Grid Reference SO 4679, 1978. Alternative footpaths will be created as follows: LO4 - The proposed new route of footpath LO4 being 2 metres in width running from OS Grid Reference SO 4719, 1837 to re-join County Road U71218 at OS Grid Reference SO 4707, 1877. LO5 - The proposed new route of footpath LO5 being 2 metres in width running from a pedestrian gate at OS Grid Reference SO 4670,1919 to a pedestrian gate at OS Grid Reference SO 4679, 1978.

Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpaths LO6 (Part) Llanrothal And GW27A (Part) Garway, Public Path Diversion Order 2017 The above order made on 16th November, 2017 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath LO6 (Part) Llanrothal and GW27A (Part) Garway running from OS Grid Reference SO 4777, 1904 to County Road C1239 at OS Grid Reference SO 4835, 1946. Alternative footpaths will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 4777, 1904 to join footpath LO1 at OS Grid Reference SO 4844, 1929. Confirmation of this Order shall be concurrent with the confirmation of the County of Herefordshire District Council Footpath LO3 (Part) Llanrothal Public Path Extinguishment Order 2017.

Highways Act 1980 Section 118, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath LO3 (Part) Llanrothal, Public Path Extinguishment Order 2017 The above order made on 16th November, 2017 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish that length of Footpath LO3 (Part) in the Parish of Llanrothal running from OS Grid Reference SO 4797, 1888 to OS Grid Reference SO 4811, 1895. Confirmation of this Order shall be concurrent with the confirmation of the County of Herefordshire District Council Footpath LO6 (Part) Llanrothal and GW27A (Part) Garway Public Path Diversion Order 2017. Copies of the orders, plans and explanatory statements may be seen free of charge at Ross Library and Customer Service Centre, Cantilupe Road, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 7AN during normal opening hours. Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council (“the Council”). Copies are also available on the Council’s website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk . Your details may be made available to third parties. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the orders as unopposed orders. If the orders are sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the orders.
