(Gilbert Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order

WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Gilbert Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of Gilbert Road, Bromsgrove from its junction with Austin Road to its junction with Lyttleton Avenue in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Austin Road, Housman Close, Lyttleton Avenue and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 14 December 2017.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Meadow Road and Wood Bank Drive, Catshill, Bromsgrove]
On 9 November 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Bromsgrove: Meadow Road (north side) from the centre point of its junction with Wood Bank Drive for a distance of 31.5 metres in a north easterly direction, and 18.5 metres in a westerly direction; (south side) from its junction with Wood Bank Drive for a distance of 30 metres in a north easterly direction and 14 metres in a westerly direction. Wood Bank Drive (both sides) from its junction with Meadow Road for a distance of 11.4 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 23 November 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order
may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside,
Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

High Street (south side) from its junction with StAndrew's Streetfor adistance of 177 metres in an easterly direction and impose prohibition of waiting at any time
from its junction with St. Andrew's Street for a distance of 22 metres in an easterly direction; from a point 88 metres east ofits junction with St Andrew's Street for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction. Limit Waiting 45 minutes No return within 2 hours Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.00pm from a point 22 metres east of its junction with St Andrew's Street for a distance of 66 metres in an easterly direction; from a point 98 metres east of its junction with St Andrew's Street for a distance of 79 metres in an easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. to close that part of Church Road, Catshill, Bromsgrove from its junction with C2280Wildmoor Lane to its junction with B4091 Stourbridge Road in order to facilitate carriageway and footway works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premisesfrontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternativeroute: C2280Wildmoor Lane, B4185 MeadowRoad, B4091 Stourbridge Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 27 November 2017.

(U21512 Lickey Rock, Marlbrook, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made:
to close that partof U21512 Lickey Rock, Marlbrook, Bromsgrove from its junction with B4096 Old Birmingham Road to its junction with C2151 Linehouse Lane in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premisesfrontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4096 Old Birmingham Road, C2151 Linehouse Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 27 November 2017.
