Notice is hereby giventhat theCountyof HerefordshireDistrict Council ("Herefordshire Council"), in exerciseofits powers under Section 84 and partIVofSchedule 9ofthe Road Traffic RegulationAct 1984 and of all other enabling powers and after consultationwith the ChiefOfficer of Policeinaccordance with Part III of Schedule 9tothe said Actof 1984, proposes to make the above Order,the effect of whichwill be as follows: 1. To reduce the speedlimit on thefollowing length of road from 40mphto30mph: A480 (Credenhill): from 88msouth-east of the junctionwith the C1103south-eastwards to 207m northofU73016 (The Priory Road, known as "Priory Lane").
