Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath AB5 (Part) Acton Beauchamp, Public Path Diversion Order 2017
On 5th October, 2017 Herefordshire Council (“the Council”) confirmed the above Order under section 119 Highways Act 1980 (“the Act”). The effect of the order, as confirmed, is to divert that part of Public Footpath AB5 in the Parish of Acton Beauchamp running from OS Grid Reference SO 6782, 4993 to OS Grid Reference SO 6776, 4968 to join County road U65613. An alternative footpath will be created as a replacement, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 6782, 4993 to OS Grid Reference SO 6789, 4969 to join County Road U65613. Copies of the order and plan may be seen free of charge at The Bromyard Centre Customer Services, Cruxwell Street, Bromyard, HR7 4EB during normal opening hours. Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council (“the Council”). Copies are also available on the Council’s website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk . The Council confirms and certifies that all the provisions of the order have been satisfied and therefore the diversion takes effect on the above said confirmation date of this order, but, if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act, as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice, make an application to the High Court.
