Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Herefordshire, Herefordshire Council, (Deletion of Footpath HL7, Addition of Footpath HL7 Holme Lacy), Modification Order 2017

The above Order made on 6th September, 2017, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by deleting footpath HL7 Holme Lacy running from Bridge Street, Holme Lacy at OS Grid Reference SO 5565, 3576 to OS Grid Reference SO 5600, 3548, and adding footpath HL7 Holme Lacy running from Wyelands, Holme Lacy at OS Grid Reference SO 5566, 3568 to OS Grid Reference SO 5600, 3548 Copies of the Order and plan may be seen free of charge at The Hereford Centre Customer Services, Franklin House, 4 Commercial Road, Hereford, HR1 2BB during normal opening hours.

Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council (“the Council”). Copies are also available on the Council’s website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk. Representations or objections to the Order must be made in writing to Will Steel, Public Rights of Way Manager, Balfour Beatty Living Places, Unit 3, Thorn Business Park, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6JT, or by email to will.steel@balfourbeatty.com  , quoting reference PROW/M329 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 3rd November, 2017. Your details may be made available to third parties. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm that Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
