under Section 34 of The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Bromsgrove District Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 11th September 2017. Applicant: Martin McColl Limited. Address of premises: Martins, 29 High Street, Belbroughton, Stourbridge, DY9 9ST Proposed variation to the licensable activities:To remove the seasonal restrictions from the sale of alcohol hours and extend the sale of alcohol hours to 06:00 hours to 22:00 hours Monday to Sunday for consumption off the premises, change the name of the premises to McColls, change the layout of the premises and
remove all conditions under annex 2 and replace with up to date conditions.
