Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257, and Paragraph 1 of Schedule 14, Herefordshire Council, footpath LD13 (Part) Little Dewchurch, Public Path Diversion Order 2017
The above order was made on 7th April, 2017 by Herefordshire Council ("the Council").
The effect of the order, if confirmed without modification, will be to divert that part of Public Footpath LD13 in the Parish of Little Dewchurch running from County Road U71602 at OS Grid Reference SO 5303, 3180 to OS Grid Reference SO 5305, 3184. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from
County Road U71602 at OS Grid Reference SO 5304, 3180 to OS Grid Reference SO 5305, 3184.
A copy of the order and the order plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of The Hereford Centre Customer Services, Franklin House, 4 Commercial Road, Hereford, HR1 2BB during normal opening hours. Copies may be purchased on payment of the photocopying charges of the Council. Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

Representations or objections to the order must be made in writing to Will Steel, Public Rights of Way Manager, Balfour Beatty Living Places, Unit 3, Thorn Business Park, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6JT, or via email to will.steel@bblivingplaces.com, quoting reference PROW/TCPA90 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 2nd June, 2017. Your details may be made available to third parties.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or, if any so made, are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
