The above order was made on 7th February, 2017 by Herefordshire Council ("the Council").
The effect of the order, if confirmed without modification, will be to divert that part of Public Footpath CS10 in the Parish of Castle Frome running from OS Grid Reference SO 6720, 4532 to footpath CS8 at OS Grid Reference SO 6741, 4548. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference

Copies of the order and plan may be seen free of charge at The Bromyard Centre Customer Services, Cruxwell Street, Bromyard, HR7 4EB during normal opening hours. Copies may be purchased on payment of the photocopying charges of the Council. Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

To be received not later than 31st March, 2017. Your details may be made available to third parties.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or, if any so made, are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
