Herefordshire Council Upgrade of Bridleway WQ11 Wigmore and Addition of Restricted Byway WQ23 Wigmore Modification Order 2016
The above Order made on 19th October, 2016, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area as follows:
Upgrade of Bridleway WQ11 Wigmore - Running from junction of U92407 and U92015 roads at OS Grid Reference SO3837 6700 to junction with footpath Lingen LN40 and the U92014 road at OS Grid Reference SO3752 6693. To be known as Restricted Byway Wigmore WQ11.
Addition of Restricted Byway Wigmore WQ23 -
Running from U92407 road at OS Grid Reference
SO3832 6711 to OS Grid Reference SO3771
6698 at the junction with bridleway WQ11.
Herefordshire Council Addition of Restricted Byway WQ24 Wigmore Modification Order 2016
The above Order made on 19th October, 2016, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding the following:
Restricted Byway WQ24 Wigmore - running from U92013 Road at the parish boundary with Lingen at OS Grid Reference SO3746 6651 to the junction with bridleway WQ11 at OS Grid Reference SO3761 6692.

Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council ("the Council"). Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

Your details may be made available to third parties.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Orders, or to any part of them, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council, instead of submitting the Orders to the Secretary of State (or part of them if the Council has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981) may itself confirm those Orders (or those parts of the Orders). If the Orders are submitted to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs, in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with the Orders.
