Take Notice that application is being made by Gladman Developments Limited to:
Outline planning permission for up to 18 dwellings (including up to 25% affordable housing), introduction of structual planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children's play area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access point from Wick Lane and associated ancillary works. All matters to be reserved with the exception of the main access.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of this notice.
