Erection of a single storey lean-to greenhouse to the back garden. The greenhouse proposed is a Robinsons Lean-to measuring 5'4" by 10'8" in Old Cottage Green supplied by The Greenhouse People (see attached picture). The greenhouse is proposed to be sited on the back wall of the house, in the corner between number 30 and number 32 Norlands Crescent. The greenhouse is to be partly fixed onto the side wall of 32 Norlands Crescent and approval for this has been given by 32 Norlands Crescent and an insurance policy will be taken out prior to works commencing by the applicant to cover any damage that could arise in the future to the party wall. The wall fixings are 2" screws to attach the side and roof bars to the wall of both 30 and 32 Norlands Crescent with the weight being taken by 30 Norlands Crescent. There will be no glass end against 32 Norlands Crescent and the wall fixings will be for the sloping roof and one vertical down bar. The greenhouse will also be fixed onto the existing crazy paved patio of 30 Norlands Crescent. The greenhouse cannot be seen from the frontage of Norlands Crescent and number 30 backs onto woodland.
