Application for the Designation of a Neighbourhood Area and Neighbourhood Forum

Lewisham Council has received an application from a local community group in the Bell Green Area encompassing the Bellingham, Perry Vale, Rushey Green and Sydenham wards, are seeking the designation of a new neighbourhood forum and neighbourhood area. We are now consulting on the proposal under Regulation 6 and Regulation 9 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012

LBL are consulting on the neighbourhood area and neighbourhood forum applications

The consultation will run from the 26th May 2022 until the 7th June 2022.

During this consultation period the forum and area applications and details of how to make comments will be available by visiting the following:
