THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST HELENS (VARIOUS ROADS) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (CONSOLIDATION! ORDER. 2008 (AMENDMENT No 3) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 2nd February 2022, St Helens Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an Order, the effect of which will be to amend the Council of St Helens (Various Roads) (40mph Speed Limit) (Consolidation) Order, 2008 by the addition to Schedule 2 of that Order of the items listed in the Schedule below:
SCHEDULE - ITEMS TO BE ADDED Restriction Road__Length_
40mph Blundells From a point 12 Lane metres east of its junction with Fox's Bank Lane to a point 126 metres southwest of its junction with ___Mill Lane_
This order will come into operation on the 7th day of February 2022.
This speed limit Order will revoke and supersede all other speed limit Orders in place on the roads and distances shown above upon commencement of this Order.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Act 1984 or that any requirements of the Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
