NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: Passing Bays, Stanford Bishop, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the:- C1136 Woodend Lane, Stanford Bishop. Grid Ref: 369015 / 252272 to 369120 / 252675 U65602 Hope House Lane, Stanford Bishop. Grid Ref: 369018 / 252255 to 369259 / 252148 The alternative routes for those affected by the proposal will be locally signposted.
The said closures are required due to passing bay construction works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closures will come into force on 24th of January 2022 and remain In force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 2 weeks.
