ST HELENS COUNCIL HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 ESTABLISHMENT OF ROAD HUMPS AND SPEED TABLES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as required by the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 and Section 90(c) of the Highways Act 1980, that the following traffic calming measures are to be installed in the locations indicated in the Schedule below.
