fas Amended! - SECTION 14(1) THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (OLD NOOK LANE. ST HELENS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th day ot
November, 2021, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit a vehicle to proceed in either direction along Old Nook Lane between its junction with Paisley Avenue to Renfrew Avenue, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.
The Order will come into force on Monday 24" January 2022, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be two weeks.
The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the replacement of a section of gas main.
