LONDON BOROUGH OF LEWISHAM TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (as amended) NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ARTICLE 4(1) DIRECTION

NOTICE is hereby given that the London Borough of Lewisham, ("the Council"), on 23rd November 2021 confirmed a non-immediate Article 4 (1) Direction made on 8th January 2021 under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 as amended, ("the Order") The Article 4 (1) Direction shall come into force on 14 January 2022.

Description of the development and the area to which the Direction relates

The Direction applies to the types of development set out in Schedule 1 below to the addresses that are set out in Schedule 2 below being addresses situated within the Deptford High Street and St Paul's Church Conservation Area. Statement of effect of the Direction

The effect of the Direction is that from the date that the Direction comes into force permission granted by Article 3 of the Order shall not apply to the types of development set out in Schedule 1 below and such development shall not be carried out at the addresses specified in Schedule 2 below unless planning permission is granted by the Council Date the Direction comes into force The Direction shall come into force on 14th January 2022 To see the Direction

SCHEDULE 1

In respect of the Land described in the Second Schedule:

The enlargement, improvement or other alteration of a dwelling house - restricted to doors and windows which are visible from the public realm, being development within Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class

Any other alteration to the roof to a dwelling house being development within Class C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class

The installation, alteration or replacement of a chimney, flue or soil and vent pipe on a rear roof slope or rear elevation of a dwelling house being development comprised within Class G of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class

The installation, alteration or replacement of a satellite antenna on a rear roof slope, or a chimney on a rear roof slope or rear elevation of a dwelling house or within the curtilage of a dwelling house being development within Class H Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class The painting of the exterior of a dwelling house being development comprised within Class C Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class

This Direction applies to the following dwelling houses:

? Nos. 1-9 (odd), Nos. 12-16 (even) and No. 20 Watson's Street, London SE8



? Nos. 11- 17 (odd) Tanners Hill, London SE8



being premises situated within the Deptford High Street and
