Proposals to Establish Special Educational Needs (SEN) Resourced Provisions at Grange Valley Primary and Wargrave Church of England Primary Schools
Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1)
of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 and
The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations
to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations
2013 that St.Helens Council intends to make a
prescribed alteration to:
Grange Valley Primary School, Heyes Avenue,
Haydock, St Helens WA11 OXQ; and
Wargrave Church of England Primary School,
Bradlegh Road, Newton-le-Willows WA12 8QL
In order to meet the rising demand for special
school places in the area, it is proposed to
establish specialist resourced provisions of 10
places for children with an Autistic Spectrum
Disorder at Grange Valley Primary and at
Wargrave Church of England Primary Schools
with effect from April 2022.
