1. WE Hereford Rowing Club hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on the 18th day of March 2021

For a Variation of a licence to operate a
premises at Hereford Rowing Club, 37 Greyfriars
Avenue, Hereford. HR4 OBE from which the
following licensable activities are proposed
Increasing Licensed area to include area
directly surrounding the club house and a small
area of our field.
Change hours as follows:
Open to public time Mondays to Sundays was
from 11:00 change to 06:00
The Sale & Consumption of Alcohol was from
11:00 change to 10:00 Monday to Sunday.
The Sale of Alcohol was up until 00:30 change
to 01:30 Friday and Saturday.
Live & Recorded Music Sunday - Thursday
11:00 - 23:00 & Friday - Saturday 11:00 - 01:00
Late Night Refreshment Friday - Saturday
23:00 - 02:00
Open to public time Fridays and Saturdays was
01:00 change to 02:00
Addition of OFF sales to licence
New Years Eve, Bank Holiday Thursday's &
Sunday's and Sundays in December -
11:00-01:00
2. The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at B St Owen Street, Hereford. HR1 2PJ between the hours of 09:30 - 13:30 (or by prior appointment) Monday to Friday or

3. An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or in writing by email to

licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk

within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above.
