NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1148 From A438 To Stoke Bridge, Stoke Edith, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1148 From A438 To Stoke Bridge, Stoke Edith, at Glebe House. Grid Ref: 360151/241137. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via A438 onto C1130 and onto A4103 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to new service connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 15th of March 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
