NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: A465 From Radway Road To Little Lugg River, Eau Withington, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the A465 From Radway Road To Little Lugg River, Eau Withington, approximately 20 metres either side of the railway bridge. Grid Ref: 354490/242610. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A465 onto the A4103, onto the A417, onto the A465 and vice versa. The said closure is required due to railway bridge inspection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 19th of February 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 night.
