Herefordshire Council NOTICE OF MAKING
NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: BT Pole Replacement 8D20, Herefordshire, Temporary Closure Order 2020, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the roads shown below. The diversion routes for each closure will be signposted locally.
The said closures are required due to BT pole replacement works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said Order will come into force on the 8th December 2020 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within the durations shown in Schedule 1 of the Order.
