NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
(LOWER BULLINGHAM LANE AND WINDSOR ROAD, HEREFORD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that the County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, in exercise of its enabling powers under Part 1, Section 1 & 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to make the above-named order the effect of which will be: To introduce a No Waiting at Any Time restriction on the following sections of road; Windsor Road (Northern Side) between a point 11 m east of its junction with Lower Bullingham Lane and a point 75 m west of its junction with Lower Bullingham Lane. Windsor Road (Southern Side) from its junction with Lower Bullingham Lane, to a point 14 m west of its junction with Lower Bullingham Lane and from its junction with Lower Bullingham Lane to a point 7 m east of its junction with Lower Bullingham Lane. Lower Bullingham Lane (Western Side) from its junction with Windsor Road, to a point 14 m south of its junction with Windsor Road. Lower Bullingham Lane (Eastern Side) from its junction with Windsor Road, to a point 11 m south of its junction with Windsor Road.
