NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (B4349 KINGSTONE)
(20MPH, 30MPH AND 40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that the County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, in exercise of its enabling powers under section 82 & 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to make the above-named order the effect of which will be: To maintain a 20mph speed limit on the following stretch of road; B4349 from a point 300 metres north east of its junction with B4348 at Kingstone to a point 810 metres north east of its junction with B4348. To introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following stretch of road; B4349 from a point 215 meters southwest of its junction with C1221 to a point 422 meters southwest of its junction with C1221. To Introduce a Restricted Road speed limit on the following roads; B4349 from a point 100m northeast of its junction with C1221 to a point 215 meters southwest of its junction with C1221. B4349 from a point 422 meters southwest of its junction with C1221 to a point 503 meters southwest of its junction with C1221. U73221 Coldstone Cross for its entire length. U73446 Tippetts Meadow for its entire length. To maintain a 40mph speed limit on the following stretch of road; B4349 from a point 188 metres north east of its junction with B4348 at Kingstone to a point 300 metres north east of its junction with B4348. To revoke the following existing speed limit orders; THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (B4349 KINGSTONE) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2004 & THE COUNTY OF HEREFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (B4349 KINGSTONE) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2004.

in the Proposed Traffic Regulation Order section. They are also available for inspection during normal office hours at Council Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 OLE and at the Hereford Services Centre, Blueschool House, Blueschool Street, Hereford, HR1 2LX. Photocopies of the same may be provided on payment of photocopying charges at the Council.
General enquiries relating to the proposal should be referred to the Traffic Management Team at ADL Traffic and Highways Engineering Ltd (Tel: 01454 332100). Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Traffic Management Team, ADL Traffic and Highways Engineering Ltd, ADL House, Oaklands Business Park, Armstrong Way, Yate, Bristol BS37 5NA, or by email to

. The deadline for the receipt of objections is 12:00 noon on 2nd December 2019. Representations of support will also be received during this time.
