NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
(HEDGEROW WAY LINK ROAD BETWEEN A49 AND A4103, HOLMER) (7.5 TONNES MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that the County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, in exercise of its enabling powers proposes to make the above-named order under sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Referred to as "The Act") & the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Order will be to prohibit the use of vehicles exceeding 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight on the following road; USRN 23231224 Hedgerow Way Link Road, Holmer - For its entire length between its junction with A49 and its junction with A4103.
An 'Except for access' exemption will apply to the order which will include, amongst other exceptions, for allowing properties within the restriction to be accessed by goods and public service vehicles exceeding 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight.

Photocopies of the same may be provided on payment of photocopying charges at the Council.

. The deadline for the receipt of objections is 12:00 noon on the 4th of October 2019. Representations of support will also be received during this time.
