THOMAS Geoff Thanks to everyone who supported with Geoff's care, especially The Dr's and District Nursing Teams from HMG, the MacMillan Nurse, Hospice at home nurses, Marie Curie Teams and Day Lewis pharmacy. Special thanks to family and friends, Also to Reverend Steven Lee for the wonderful "Service of Celebration." Finally thanks to Emma, of Emma Bouston funerals, who organised Geoff's final journey with such kindness and care.
