Sorry to hear the passing of Reverend Massey, he was a breath of fresh air when he arrived at Kimbolton, running the youth club at the vicarage and holding a Harvest Festival in the local public house, I remember going carol singing around the villages and then back to the pub, I lived at Kimbolton and was lucky to have known Bill RIP Linda Griffiths (Powell)

I knew Bill from his time in Kimbolton parish and remember him fondly. My mother Gwen Foster was church treasurer for a time, I a teenager.
A few years later when I was arranging to marry, he advised us that my fiancee would not have to be baptised and confirmed before she could marry at her local church, Keele village.
Bill put our minds at rest.
My wife and sons were baptised and confirmed together at Tenbury where we were all members of the choir there.
I still sing with the Leominster priory choir.
God bless you Bill, my favourite vicar.
Chris Foster.

Bill, we are so sorry to hear of your passing. We had many happy discussions at the Committee Meetings for the Friend's of Hereford Cathedral.
Your advice and counselling will be sadly missed. You were always a joy to be with.
RIP
