STEVE MASON Passed away suddenly on September 2nd, 2020, aged 62. Will be greatly missed by his Family and Friends. There will be a private Cremation in Hereford. Bayley Brothers 17-19 Cotterell Street Hereford. Tel. 01432 272465.

So sad to watch the funeral today of my best friend Steve. He was so much a part of my life as we enjoyed biking, bowls and badminton together and we helped each other out as best neighbours do. He was always such a cheerful guy and very popular in the clubs we shared and I know that many, many club members will miss him badly. Farewell my friend, you will not be forgotten. Chris

I will miss Steve who was a gentleman and great person. I met him at St Martin’s Bowls Club and very much enjoyed his company. We would have some good natured banter about football (his Cardiff to my Swansea) and Bowls. Last season he was captain of the Falcons short mat team and I was captain of the Hawks. We had a friendly rivalry and ended up finishing the top two teams in Division Two in the Herefordshire Winter League.
My condolences to the family. I will always have fond memories.
