DR DENYS BRIERLEY Of Longtown. Passed away on May 11th, aged 97 years. Much loved by Tom and Family. A gentle caring man, respected by all Patients and Friends. A Cremation has taken place, attended by Family only. A Memorial Service to be held at a later date, donations then, if desired.

Just seen this and was sad to read that Denys has passed away. Such a lovely gentle man. Always very polite when I met him, when I went to look after his lovely wife.

My sincere condolences Dr Brierley was my Doctor whilst growing up in Abbeydore, such a lovely gentle man, that made a lovely impression on his patients. Rest in peace, you will not be forgotten.
