CONSTANCE HUGHES 'CONNIE' Of Leominster. Passed away peacefully on October 8th, 2019 aged 89 years. Much loved Mum of Carol, Susan and Nigel. Loving Nan, Great Nan and Great Great Nan. The Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday, October 22nd at 10.30 a.m. Family flowers only please.
