Sylvia Mary Stephens Passed away peacefully at Hereford Hospital on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019, aged 94 years. Much loved Mum of Jackie, dearly loved Nan to Rachael, Russell, Nina, Maria. Dearly loved Grandma to Georgia, Chloe, Josh, Oscar, Amber and dearly loved Great Great Grandma to Alfie. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday May 21st, at 11.15 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The British Heart Foundation may be left in the collection box available at the service.
