Richard Belcher 'Dick' Of Kington, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, March 14th, 2019 aged 80 years old. Loving Husband to Barbara and devoted Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Funeral service will take place at St Mary's Church, Kington on Friday, April 26th, 2019 at 1pm Family flowers only, donations if desired to St Michael's Hospice.
