Kathleen Bertha Watkins Passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 11th, 2019, aged 79 years. Beloved Wife of the late Cecil Watkins (former Veterinary Surgeon). Much loved Mother of Richard and Stephen. Loving Grandmother of Beatrice.
