PAYNE Cecil Lawrence (Dink) Passed away peacefully on at Hereford County Hospital on January 10th, 2019 aged 82 years. Dearly loved Husband of Ann, and loving Father of Karen, Andrea, Debbie, Lawrence and the late Jonathan and loving Grandfather and Great Grandfather. His Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019, 12.45 p.m., at Hereford Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if desired, for ITU Ward - Hereford County Hospital may be sent to Bayley Brothers, Dignity Funeral Services, 17-19 Cotterell Street, Hereford, HR4 OHH.
