LAND Patricia (Pat) Passed away peacefully on Friday, December 7th, 2018, at The Garth Nursing Home, Kington, aged 84 years. Loving Wife of the late Jack and Mother to Catherine and Julia. Much loved Grandmother to George, Millie and Oliver. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society.
