Four men have appeared in court via video link charged with murdering a sub-postmaster's son during an armed robbery.
Anselm Ribera, 34, Adrian Snape, 25, and brothers 32-year-old Christopher and 33-year-old Declan Morrissey are all accused of murdering Craig Hodson-Walker in Fairfield, Worcestershire, on January 9.
The defendants were due to enter their pleas during the hearing at Birmingham Crown Court but the case was adjourned until next week.
Christopher Morrissey, of Elmay Road, Sheldon, Birmingham; Declan Morrissey, of Shirley Park Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands; Ribera, of Topfield House, Druids Heath, Birmingham; and Snape, of Camelot Way, Small Heath, Birmingham, are also charged with attempted murder and attempted robbery.
Mr Hodson-Walker, 29, died after being shot in the chest during an armed robbery at Fairfield General Stores and Post Office.
His father, Ken Hodson-Walker, was also shot in the leg during the raid on the premises in Stourbridge Road, Fairfield.
The four defendants, who remain in custody, will appear at Birmingham Crown Court next Friday to submit their pleas.
