She told GMTV she was concentrating on a career in fashion and had hung up her microphone after the group's reunion world tour.
She told the programme: "I love the whole social thing of being back with the girls, it was so much fun. And I loved the kids watching me, going, 'wow, this is what mummy used to do,' rather than just moan, you know, 'Do your homework and clean your teeth'."
She added: "I'm not going to sing any more. I've hung my microphone up."
She also revealed she and husband David Beckham planned to remain in the US "for a while".
She said of her husband: "You know, David - it's tough the football because it's completely different - but he went there for a reason, he's trying to change the face of soccer in America."
