Supermodel Naomi Campbell has joined the list of celebrities to have discussed world issues with Gordon Brown at Downing Street.
And she described the under-pressure Prime Minister as "very jolly".
Ms Campbell was at Number 10 to talk to the PM's wife Sarah about the work of the White Ribbon Alliance charity in reducing maternal mortality across the globe.
But she told Sky News that she had also met with Mr Brown and "touched on issues happening in the world right now like Burma" as well as the Chinese earthquake.
"He was very jolly. People are good under pressure," she said.
Colombian pop diva Shakira recently held talks with the PM about third world education and film star George Clooney has visited Downing Street to discuss Darfur.
Ms Campbell said Sarah Brown was "very nice and very passionate about what she is doing".
"It affects all of us. I would like to go to Tanzania or go to wherever it is important to get this message across. It's not just about sitting back and talking about it."
