A FORMER Hereford Times reporter has made a full recovery from swine flu.

Anna Nalborczyk spent a week at home after catching the virus. The reporter, who now works in Ilford, Essex, said the illness was a “lot worse” than regular flu.

The former Whitecross resident, who thinks she caught flu on the London Underground, said: “I can understand why people, especially parents, get panicky as the symptoms develop and worsen really quickly.

“I ached all over, had a horrible cough and struggled for breath.”
