Westfields 2 Heath Hayes 1.
TEN-man Westfields maintained their unbeaten record to go three points clear at the top of the Midland Alliance table.
Fields have notched six wins and two draws from their eight games but were a man short for an hour after Dan Price was sent off.
Heath Hayes' Ben Massey rattled the bar in the early stages but the home side hit back to take the lead in the 18th minute when Daryl Addis created an opening for Aidan Thomas who rounded keeper Jenkins to score from a narrow angle.
Westfields extended their lead in their next attack when Anthony Robbins headed in a Carl Morgan cross.
The loss of Price failed to stem Westfields' attacking momentum with Addis, Thomas and Robbins all denied a third goal by excellent saves.
Jamie Moore pulled off a fine, flyng save to prevent Andre Gonzales from reducing arrears but Craig Jones had an effort well saved before Thomas saw a shot cleared off the line by full-back Andrew Tuck.
Jones had another drive blocked by Jenkins before Massey's speculative effort from 25 yards flew into the top corner to give Heath Hayes some consolation.
