SEAN Edwards is appealing for Hereford United fans to watch high-flying Westfields at allpay.park this afternoon (Saturday).
Fields are second in the Midland Alliance table and host Loughborough University.
“We’re all Hereford United fans — I was there as an apprentice and, as a kid, I used to go to every game,” said Edwards.
“But when United are playing away, perhaps the fans who don’t want to travel, might like to come and watch Westfields.”
Former Hereford United duo Sam Gwynne and Craig Jones scored in Westfields’ 6-3 home win over Willenhall Town last Saturday.
Another ex-Bull, Joel Edwards, was Westfields’ man of the match last weekend.
Edwards has no injury worries ahead of today’s game.
“We’ve got a full squad – there’s no injuries and everyone is raring to go,” he said.
