SECOND-half goals from Dan Price and Richard Kear helped title-chasing Westfields to a 2-0 win at Bridgnorth Town on Boxing Day.
Midfielder Anthony Robbins created both goals for Westfields, who are now just three points behind Midland Alliance leaders Coventry Sphinx but with three games in hand.
The Hereford club host Studley at allpay.park in another important league match next Monday (3pm kick-off).
Jamie Cuss struck the crossbar against Bridgnorth before Sean Edwards’ men broke the deadlock on the hour.
Dan Price headed home Robbins’ corner before striker Kear sealed Westfields’ success in the 75th minute, squeezing home a shot after more good work from Robbins.
