Guinan axed for Wrexham clash

HEREFORD boss Graham Turner has axed striker Steve Guinan from his side as the Bulls face a crucial League 2 clash with Wrexham at Edgar Street.

Guinan is not even given a place on the bench with Gary Hooper and Theo Robinson awarded the starting places in attack.

Wayne Brown has been passed fit to take his place in goal.

Hereford: Brown; McClenahan, Beckwith, Broadhurst, Rose; Igoe, Diagouraga, Smith, Easton; Hooper, Robinson. Subs not used: Esson, Collins, Taylor, Johnson, Benjamin.

Wrexham: Ward; Pejic, S Evans, Roberts, Williams, Mackin, Done, M Williams, Taylor, Murtagh, Baynes. Subs not used: Jones, D Williams, Procter, Garrett, G Evans.

Referee: Keith Stroud (Hampshire).
