FORMER Hereford United players Daniel Lloyd-Weston and Sam Gwynne have signed for Hereford FC.

Goalkeeper Lloyd-Weston has signed dual registration forms alongside his parent club Worcester City and will act as back-up for first choice stopper Harvey Rivers.

Gwynne, who has also played for Westfields, will return to Edgar Street for a third spell.

Another player who has also agreed to join Hereford ia Australian defender Jimmy Oates.

He has played A-League football in his homeland for Manly United and Central Coast Mariners and will be in the squad for tomorrow's first league game against Dunkirk.

Up to 4,000 tickets could be sold for that game when the final batch go on sale from 11am tomorrow.

Fans are reminded to arrive early for the game and season tickets cannot be collected after 2pm.

Meanwhile, a minute of applause will take place in the ninth minute to mark the fifth anniversary of Adam Stansfield's death.

Stansfield was a popular player at Hereford United and wore the number nine shirt.
