HEREFORD FC have confirmed that Rob Purdie is the latest former Hereford United player to join the club.
Purdie becomes manager Pete Beadle's seventh signing and will link up with Tony James, who he played under while with United.
"I’m delighted Rob has agreed to come in for 2015/16 and I know he’s pleased to be back at Edgar Street in a playing capacity," said Beadle.
"As with Tony James, Rob has a wealth of experience that will be invaluable to the team next season.
"Like Tony, Rob will be a good role model for the younger players, and will be there to help guide them off the pitch, as well as on it.
"His appetite and application in training and in games will have a huge influence on the players around him and I know he will prove an excellent signing for us."
