HEREFORD United Independent Supporters Association (HUISA) have confirmed their assets will not be handed over to the football club.
The supporters’ group will be dissolved next month at an emergency general meeting (EGM) at the Richmond Place Club on September 1.
HUSIA will be amending rule 22 of their constitution which currently says that, should the organisation be dissolved, the money will go back into the club.
HUISA members will be allowed to vote by proxy or at the EGM.
HUISA members will be able to vote on one of two options:
1) HUISA’S assets to be transferred to Hereford United Supporters Trust (HUST); or
2) Money from HUISA to be given to United in the Community and shares to go to HUST.
